This sculpted head in frosted glass is a cross between design and curiosity. Approximately 20cm high, it comes from the window mannequins or wig mannequins used between the 1960s and 1980s to display hats, wigs and accessories in fashion boutiques. Its frosted, almost misty appearance gently catches the light, revealing subtle satin reflections.
Each sculpted head in frosted glass was moulded with precision, giving these utilitarian objects an almost artistic presence. The head evokes both the rigour of glassmaking and the elegance of vintage design. Its serene face, frozen in the glass, exudes a timeless aura.
