This Coca Cola hi-fi system is an Akura model made under official Coca-Cola licence in the 80s, designed in the shape of a giant red plastic can with period graphics. The two hinged doors open to reveal a complete HiFi system: tuner, double audio cassette player and compartment with integrated storage. The speakers, housed in the doors, are fitted with new baffles for top-quality sound reproduction.
The entire system has been completely overhauled in our workshops. The original laser disc player has been replaced by a Bluetooth module enabling wireless connection from a telephone or computer, while retaining the original overall appearance. The natural patina of the plastic has been preserved, with a few light marks of age testifying to its authenticity. The item is 220 V compliant and sold in perfect working order.
This Coca Cola hi-fi system comes with a 6-month warranty. It will appeal to both collectors of Coca-Cola promotional items and fans of 80s pop design, and will find its place in a living room, bar area, office or games room as a functional centrepiece.
