This giant Ghostbusters Playmobil figure depicts Egon Spengler, a scientist from the Ghostbusters team, recognisable by his round glasses, his beige jumpsuit featuring the Ghostbusters logo, and his proton pack with a flexible hose. The figure measures 160 cm and is made from PVC under an official licence from Columbia Pictures. It comes complete with its original proton gun. The arms and head are articulated, and the head is removable.
The graphic details — the Ghostbusters logo on the back, markings on the jumpsuit and the equipment belt — are faithful to the standard-scale figures in the same range. The overall condition is impeccable, with no scratches or warping. The figure is presented without a base and stands securely on its own.
This giant Ghostbusters Playmobil figure is ideal for a commercial space, a collector’s room, an office or any interior with a strong pop culture theme. Produced in a limited edition for promotional purposes, it is now out of production and difficult to find in complete condition and in this state.

Egon Spengler is one of the four main characters in Ghostbusters (1984), portrayed by Harold Ramis, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Dan Aykroyd. The team’s physicist and engineer, he is responsible for the technologies used to capture spectral entities — including the proton pack, the ghost trap, and the PKE meter. His profile as a cold, methodical scientist, contrasting with the comedic tone of the rest of the team, makes him one of the film’s most distinctive characters. Harold Ramis reprised the role in Ghostbusters II (1989) and remained associated with the character until his death in 2014.
The Playmobil Ghostbusters range, launched under Columbia Pictures license from 2017 onward, covers all four members of the original team as well as several iconic accessories and sets from the film. The large-format versions, produced in very limited quantities for specific promotional operations, were not distributed through conventional retail channels. Among these, the Egon Spengler figure is one of the most sought-after by collectors, owing to its level of detail and the particular affection the public holds for the character.
