Released in 2012, The Avengers marked a turning point for Marvel Studios: the first film to unite Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye on the big screen, it laid the foundations for the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it today and became a worldwide box-office phenomenon. To accompany the film’s release, Disney entrusted specialized workshops such as Muckle Mannequin, in collaboration with Oxmox, with the production of life-size statues under official Marvel license.
