Goldorak Grendizer figurine High Dream 23cm 2003, in box
🔥 Pièce unique – 1 exemplaire disponible
This 23 cm Goldorak Grendizer figurine, produced by High Dream in 2003 as part of a Franco-Japanese collaboration, depicts the famous giant robot with his helmet featuring golden horns, his red and black chest plate, red-clawed fists and blue belt. It is presented in its original box with a transparent window, decorated with illustrations from the series and the ‘UFO Robot Goldorak’ logo, featuring the copyright notice Go Nagai / Dynamic Planning and the Japanese title on the edge.
The toy is original, vintage and complete. The box is in perfect condition and has never been opened, guaranteeing a brand-new, factory-sealed figure that has not been handled. A sealed copy of this edition, with a box in such excellent condition, is particularly sought after by collectors, as the fragility of vintage packaging means that items in perfect condition are becoming increasingly rare.
This Goldorak Grendizer figurine is aimed at collectors of Japanese robot toys and manga, those nostalgic for the Club Dorothée generation, as well as fans of pop and geek-inspired décor. The High Dream editions of Goldorak, still in their original, unopened boxes, are prime items for enthusiasts of merchandise based on the series.

Created by Japanese manga artist Go Nagai, Goldorak (UFO Robot Grendizer in its original version) is an animated series broadcast in Japan from 1975, following Actarus, prince of the planet Euphor, who defends Earth at the controls of a giant robot against the Vega Empire. Its broadcast in France from 1978, on Antenne 2 as part of the Récré A2 programme, sparked a genuine cultural phenomenon, with record audiences and massive enthusiasm among an entire generation of children.
The success of the series triggered a wave of merchandise, from the famous Mattel and Popy toys to more recent collector’s figures aimed at nostalgic adults. Publishers such as High Dream offered from the 2000s onward carefully produced reproductions of the robot, designed for collectors, which have kept the Goldorak legend alive — an enduring icon of Franco-Japanese pop culture.
