Magnificent, original, antique, double-sided Japanese enamelled plaque. A rare model from the 50s with two different sides. One, the green one, advertises a "CHU" SAKE while the other, the blue one, informs that the shop in front of which this plate was displayed also sells Maltese SOJA sauce.
This type of Japanese enamelled plate is very rare to find, as it is rarely imported by collectors in France. It is in impeccable condition, with a magnificent shine and two striking Japanese retro designs.

Soy sauce is a traditional Asian condiment, made by fermenting soybeans, wheat, water, and salt. It possesses a rich and salty umami flavor, which enhances a wide variety of dishes. Used in Chinese, Japanese, Korean cuisines and beyond, it is essential for seasoning, marinating, or serving as a dipping sauce.
