The giant Playmobil robot comes in the form of an imposing 140 cm advertising toy in bright electric blue and orange, mounted on wide black caterpillar tracks. The rounded domed head features two circular orange-ringed eyes framed by a striped silver metal headband, and is topped by a "Playmobil The Movie" flag on a flagpole. The blue cylindrical body is hinged at mid-height by a chrome ring. The orange arms with multiple joints are fully articulated. All the original markings and logos are perfectly legible.
The model is in impeccable condition: the thermoformed surface is intact, with no scratches or deformation, and the colours retain their original brilliance. The arm and head articulation mechanisms work perfectly. All the accessories - talky walkie and flag - are present and in perfect condition, making this an exceptionally complete piece ready for display.
This giant Playmobil robot, produced in very limited numbers under official licence to coincide with the release of the Playmobil film in 2019, is aimed at collectors of toys and advertising displays, as well as decorators and pop culture fans. The giant pieces in this range, complete with their original accessories, are extremely rare on the secondary market.

Released in August 2019, “Playmobil: The Movie” is the first full-length animated feature entirely dedicated to the universe of the German brand founded in 1974 by Hans Beck at Geobra Brandstätter. Distributed by Studiocanal, the film follows two siblings propelled into an animated world where Playmobil figures come to life across different universes — the Far West, the Middle Ages, outer space — faithful to the brand’s iconic themes.
To accompany the film’s worldwide release, Playmobil produced under official licence a limited range of display pieces and giant figures intended for retail outlets and promotional events. This 140 cm robot, an emblematic character from the film, is part of these special editions manufactured in Germany in very small numbers. Now withdrawn from commercial circulation, these giant pieces have become genuine collector’s objects for enthusiasts of European toy history and Playmobil culture.
