This Ferrari CMC truck is a 1/18-scale reproduction of the FIAT 642 RN2 Bartoletti, a racing transporter used by Scuderia Ferrari from 1957. The bodywork is finished in the Scuderia's original deep burgundy colour, with the words "Ferrari automobili - Modena Italia" emblazoned on the sides of the cab. The prancing horse is reproduced on the doors, and the stickers of period partners - Magneti Marelli, Dunlop, Shell and Ferodo - are faithfully positioned on the rear structure of the platform.
The quality of the workmanship can be seen throughout the model: details of the radiator grille, spoked wheels with red hubs, reproduced cab interior, Italian number plate '6329 MO' (Modena), roof rack, side access ladder and the metal structure of the car-carrying platform. Each element is testimony to the level of precision and finish expected of CMC productions.
