4,9 – 175 avis
This carbon track bike is presented on a stand in track racing configuration. The frame combines carbon and aluminium in a plunging geometry characteristic of closed-circuit pursuit bikes. The rear wheel is a full carbon wheel, while the front wheel is a three-spoke carbon stick wheel - two rim options taken directly from the standards of top-level velodrome racing.
The drivetrain is a brakeless fixed-gear configuration, the norm for track pursuits and certain road racing formats. The handlebars are short handlebars, and the crankset has automatic cleats. The whole bike weighs 9kg, putting it in the lighter range of competition track bikes.
The matte anthracite-grey finish unifies the frame, fork and components in a visually uncluttered whole. This carbon track bike is presented on a double black wire base, which can be used as a decorative wall or floor piece in a sports, contemporary or design environment.

Carbon fiber was introduced into bicycle frame manufacturing during the 1980s, initially on competition bikes before gradually becoming widespread in mainstream sports ranges. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio makes it the reference material for applications where weight reduction is critical: road, track, and time trial bicycles. Carbon frames also allow geometry and stiffness to be engineered more precisely than with metal alloys, by orienting the fibers along the axes of stress.
Track cycling on the velodrome is one of the oldest cycling disciplines, included in the Olympic Games since 1896. Individual and team pursuit, sprint, and keirin have all contributed to the development of highly specialized machines, for which lenticular wheels and carbon frames are now the most characteristic components. These bicycles, designed exclusively for the track, have neither derailleur nor brakes — their mechanics reduced to the bare minimum give them an immediately recognizable aesthetic.
Carbon track bike in competition configuration, fixed sprocket without brakes, carbon stick wheel and full wheel, anthracite grey finish, 9 kg.
